Parliament Ends Work of NA Extraordinary Session

On July 12, the RA National Assembly continued the work of the extraordinary session. The parliament in the second reading and completely debated and passed the bills adopted in the first reading on the previous day.

The RA Deputy Minister of Justice Artur Hovhannisyan presented for debate the draft law on Amnesty of Fines Applied for a Number of Administrative Infringements and the draft law on Making Addenda to the RA Civil Procedure Code.

According to the NA Deputy Speaker Arpine Hovhannisyan, there is no need for specifying the statistics and criteria.

The MPs Hayk Babukhanyan, Mihran Poghosyan, Rustam Makhmudyan, Khosrov Harutyunyan, Naira Zohrabyan and Vahe Enfiajyan also expressed their viewpoints.

The draft law on Amending the RA Law on Announcement System was debated in unchanged version.

The MPs also presented recommendations on the draft law on Amending the RA Criminal-Procedure Code.

The RA Deputy Minister of Defense Gabriel Balayan also presented for debate in the second reading and completely the RA draft law on Military Service and Serviceman’s Status.

The RA NA Head Committees endorsed the debated draft laws.

Covering the agenda the RA NA extraordinary session ended its work.
